Summary:

Apollo Solutions Corporation is seeking a multi-talented Business Administration Assistant who will also serve as a Web Design Intern. This unique dual role will offer hands-on experience in both administrative tasks and web design, enabling the successful candidate to contribute to our digital marketing efforts. You will assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks while also getting the opportunity to be creative and technical in website design projects.

Responsibilities:

Business Administration Assistant

  • Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and client calls.
  • Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and manage client relationships.
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized digital records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Email Management: Prioritize and categorize emails, responding to client inquiries as needed.

Web Design Intern

  • Page Design: Assist in the design of web pages, making them responsive and visually appealing.
  • SEO: Work on basic search engine optimization tasks for web content.
  • Content Management: Use the CMS to update, edit, and manage content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the main web developer on various projects, including site updates and new feature implementations.
  • Learning and Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest web design trends and continuously improve skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Web Design, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Some experience with web design, preferably WordPress.
  • Familiarity with Breakdance or other page builders is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
